- All lenses are PREORDER no instock is available.
- Payment must be made before pre-order closed. Unpaid order will be cancel.
- We will send you an payment invoice + OCBC bank account number/Paypal (additional charges applied) email account.
- All payment must be make within 24 hours.
- You are required to inform us after you have made your payment. Snapshot/Screenshot of your Transaction slips/iBanking transaction is required.
- Mode of payment is available. Either by OCBC or Paypal (additional charges applied).
- Mode for collection of lenses: NORMAL MAIL/REGISTERED MAIL/COURIER SERVICE.
- Postage fees. All charges applied.
- Additional charges will be applied for all service.
- We will NOT be liable for any lost mails. Thus, we encourage you to opt for registered mail the safest way.
- Shipment of lenses may take roughly 3-7 weeks to reach. PLEASE KINDLY DO NOT ORDER IF YOU'RE IMPATIENT.
- Upon sending your order forms to us, you have agreed to the period of waiting time.
- We will NOT be liable for any delays of shipments as there is nothing we could do to accelerate the process.
